Composition of the preparation.

Dolobieni - a combined preparation for external use. The effect of the drug is due to the active ingredients that make up its composition: Heparin sodium, dexpanthenol, dimethylsulfoxide.

Dimethyl sulfoxide has anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous and local analgesic effect. Anti-inflammatory activity is associated with some pharmacological effects, the most significant of which is the inactivation of hydroxyl radicals, which are produced in large quantities during the inflammation process and have a destructive effect on the tissue.

Dimethyl sulfoxide exerts a local analgesic effect by reducing the rate of nociceptive (painful) impulses in peripheral neurons. Anti-edematous action is provided by inactivation of hydroxyl radicals and improvement of subcutaneous metabolic reaction at the place of application of the drug. To a certain extent, the anti-edematous effect of dimethyl sulfoxide is due to its hygroscopic properties.

Dimethylsulfoxide (from 50% and more) penetrates through biological membranes, incl.through the skin, promoting better and deeper penetration into the tissues of other medicines used simultaneously with it.

Heparin has an anti-inflammatory effect, promotes the regeneration of connective tissue due to inhibition of hyaluronidase activity. Has a dose-dependent antithrombotic effect, increasing the inhibitory activity of antithrombin 3 on the activation of prothrombin and thrombin. Penetration of heparin through healthy skin is dose-dependent and is confirmed for a dose starting at 300 IU / g.

Dexpanthenol, when applied topically, is transformed into the skin into pantothenic acid (vitamin B). The efficacy of Dexpanthenol is comparable to that of pantothenic acid. Pantothenic acid as a component of coenzyme A participates in various catabolic and anabolic processes in tissues, due to the improvement of granulation and epithelization processes promotes the regeneration of damaged skin areas.

Composition

Heparin sodium + Dexpanthenol + Dimethyl sulfoxide, 10% H2O + auxiliary substances.

Pharmacokinetics

When using dimethylsulfoxide 1 g 3 times a day for 5 days, the average content of it at the site of application on the skin is 3 mg / g,the average content in the underlying muscular tissues and synovial membrane at the site of the synovial junction is 7-10 μg / ml, in the synovial fluid 0.8 μg / g. The concentration of dimethyl sulfoxide in blood plasma is 0.5 μg / g.

Heparin is absorbed slightly when applied externally.

With external use, dexpanthenol is transformed into the skin into pantothenic acid. Good absorption of dexpanthenol has been confirmed experimentally.

12-25% of absorbed dimethyl sulfoxide is excreted within the first 24 hours and 37-48% is excreted within 7 days unchanged by kidneys or in the form of metabolite (dimethylsulfone). 3.5-6% of total dimethyl sulfoxide is discharged through the lungs in the form of dimethyl sulfide 6-12 hours after application of the drug.

A good remedy for bruises. I used to always use a bodyguard and similar tools like 911. But when I tried the gel Dolobene, then as they say excessive comments, it helped me normally and the bruise resolved more than 2 times faster, which is baptismal if the problem arises in a prominent place. The only drawback, my husband had an allergy (it burned the skin on the application site), so until you try it you do not know, but you have to be careful.

Gelm dovolene smeared bruise after injury. Blue skin and under the skin was impressive, it was scary to go out into the street, so that the alcoholic was not accepted :) Passed pretty quickly, faster than two times than usual. With the blue code it turned yellow and then the bruise completely passed.

Great sr-in. I always use at an exacerbation of cervical, thoracic chondrosis. I just apply 1-2 times a day. I have a lot of protrusions, narrowing of the channels and how the vertebrae will move, then at least climb to the wall - the head presses, nausea, precariousness (I live in the village) and starts to grasp everything and among others, I always count on the doloben and help along with others.
