Adults with a syndrome of anorexia nervosa, as well as during the recovery after a number of diseases and surgical interventions are prescribed 2 g (2 teaspoons) 2 times a day, the duration of use is 1-2 months.

With prolonged physical exertion appoint 1-2 grams (1-2 teaspoons) 2-3 times a day.
