Composition and interaction of the drug with alcohol.

Erinith - a peripheral vasodilator with a predominant effect on venous vessels, an antianginal agent. The action is associated with a decrease in preload (the expansion of peripheral veins and a decrease in the flow of blood to the right atrium) and postnagruzki (reduction in OPSS), as well as with a direct coronary expansive effect. Promotes redistribution of coronary blood flow in the area with reduced blood supply. In patients with IHD, angina increases exercise tolerance. With heart failure helps discharge the myocardium by reducing preload. Reduces pressure in a small circle of blood circulation. In comparison with nitroglycerin, the effect develops more slowly, but is characterized by a longer duration.

With caution apply for violations of cerebral circulation (especially with hemorrhagic stroke), with a tendency to arterial hypotension, in the elderly.

With prolonged use, a decrease in the therapeutic effect (due to the development of tolerance) is possible. When using the drug once a day in combination with other antianginal drugs, the risk of developing tolerance is less.

During the period of treatment, drinking is contraindicated.

Drug Interactions

If you are taking other medicines at the same time, you should consult your doctor.

Under the influence of dihydroergotamine, there may be a decrease in the antianginal effect of Erinitis. The combination of these drugs is considered to be irrational.

The combination with Propranolol is rational, because antianginal effect of the drug is enhanced.

Ethanol enhances the action of Erinith.
