Phosphogliv - instructions for use, reviews, analogs and forms of release (Forte capsules or tablets, injections in ampoules for injections) drugs for the treatment of hepatitis and cirrhosis in adults, children and pregnancy. Composition
In this article, you can read the instructions for using the drug Phosphogliv. There are reviews of visitors to the site - consumers of this medication, as well as opinions of doctors specialists on the use of Phosphogliv in their practice. A big request is to actively add their feedback on the drug: the medicine helped or did not help get rid of the disease, which were observed complications and side effects, possibly not declared by the manufacturer in the annotation. Analogues of Phosphogliv in the presence of existing structural analogues. Use for the treatment of hepatitis and cirrhosis of the liver in adults, children, as well as during pregnancy and lactation.Composition of the preparation.
Phosphogliv combined preparation. Has a membrane-stabilizing, hepatoprotective and antiviral effect.
Phosphatidylcholine (the active substance of phospholipids) is the main structural element of cellular and intracellular membranes, capable of restoring their structure and functions in damage, providing a cytoprotective effect. Normalizes protein and lipid metabolism, prevents the loss of hepatocytes of enzymes and other active substances, restores the detoxifying function of the liver, inhibits the formation of connective tissue, reducing the risk of fibrosis and cirrhosis of the liver.
Glycyrate (glycyrrhizic acid and salts) has an anti-inflammatory effect, inhibits the reproduction of viruses in the liver and other organs by stimulating the production of interferons, increasing phagocytosis, increasing the activity of natural killer cells (Natural killers). Has a hepatoprotective effect due to antioxidant and membrane-stabilizing activity. Potentiates the effect of endogenous glucocorticosteroids, providing anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects in non-infectious liver lesions.
When the skin is damaged due to the membrane-stabilizing and anti-inflammatory effect of the components, it limits the spread of the process and promotes regression of the disease.
Composition
Phospholipids (lipoid C80, the main component - phosphatidylcholine 73-79%) + Sodium glycyrrhizinate (trisodium salt glycyrrhizic acid) + auxiliary substances.
Lipoid PPL-400 + Phospholipids (main component - phosphatidylcholine 73-79%) + Sodium glycyrrhizinate + auxiliary substances (Phosphogliv Forte).
Pharmacokinetics
Phosphatidylcholine
More than 90% of the ingested phospholipids are absorbed into the small intestine. Most of them are cleaved by phospholipase A to 1-acetyl-lysophosphatidylcholine, 50% of which undergoes reverse acetylation to polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholine during absorption in the intestinal mucosa. Polyunsaturated phosphatidylcholine with a current of lymph enters the blood, from where, mainly, in the high-density lipoprotein linked to the liver. Pharmacokinetics in humans was studied using dilenoleil phosphatidylcholine with a radioactive label - 3H (choline part) and 14C (a residue of linoleic acid).The maximum concentration of H is reached in 6-24 hours, amounting to 19.9% of the prescribed dose; 14С - in 4-12 hours, making 27,9%. The half-life of the choline component is 66 hours, the remainder of linoleic acid is 32 hours. In the stool, 2% 3H and 4.5% -14C are detected; in urine - 6% 3H and the minimum amount of 14C. Both isotopes are absorbed in the intestine by more than 90%.
Glycyrrhizic acid
After oral administration in the intestine under the influence of the enzyme P-glucuronidase, produced by bacteria of normal microflora, an active metabolite is formed from glycyrrhizic acid, P-glycyrrheic acid, which is absorbed into the systemic bloodstream. In the blood, P-glycyrrhetic acid binds to albumin and is almost completely transported to the liver. Isolation of P-glycyrrhotic acid occurs predominantly with bile, in the residual quantity - with urine.
According to experimental data, phospholipids improve the lipophilic properties of glycyrrhizic acid, increasing the intensity and speed of its absorption by more than 2 times.
Indications
- viral hepatitis (acute and chronic);
- fatty liver degeneration (hepatosis);
- other liver damage (medicinal, alcoholic, toxic);

Lyophilizate for the preparation of a solution for intravenous administration (injections in ampoules for injections).
Instructions for use and reception scheme
Inside, adults and children over 12 years of age are prescribed 2 capsules 3 times a day. Capsules are taken with food, squeezed with a small amount of liquid.
Intravenously slowly, the drug is administered 10 ml 2 times a day in the morning and in the evening for 10 days. Beforehand, dissolve the contents of 1 bottle in 10 ml of water for injection, followed by an oral administration of the drug in the form of capsules.
