Instructions for use and dosage

The drug is prescribed inside, before meals, 12.5 mg (1 tablet) 3 times a day (morning, afternoon and evening).

For patients with chronic alcoholism with or without cirrhosis, a change in the dosage regimen is not required.

For elderly patients (over 70 years) and in patients with renal insufficiency, the dose should be reduced to 2 tablets per day.
