Composition of the preparation.
Acriderm - a combined preparation for external use with anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, antifungal and antibacterial action.
Betamethasone has anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, antiexudative and antipruritic effect. It inhibits the accumulation of leukocytes, the release of lysosomal enzymes and mediators of inflammation in the lesion, inhibits phagocytosis, reduces vascular-tissue permeability, prevents the formation of inflammatory edema.
Clotrimazole has an antifungal effect due to a disruption in the synthesis of ergosterol, which is an integral part of the fungal cell membrane. It is active against fungi Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton floccosum, Microsporum canis, Candida albicans, Malassezia furur (Pityrosporum orbiculare).
Gentamicin is an antibiotic of a broad spectrum of bactericidal action from the aminoglycoside group, is active against Gram-negative bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Aerobacter aerogenes, Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Klebsiella pneumoniae; Gram-positive bacteria Streptococcus spp. (sensitive strains of alpha and beta-hemolytic streptococcus group A), Staphylococcus aureus (coagulase-positive, coagulase-negative and some strains producing penicillinase).
Composition
Betamethasone dipropionate + Salicylic acid + auxiliary substances (Ointment SK).
Betamethasone dipropionate + Clotrimazole + Gentamycin sulfate + excipients (GK Cream).
Betamethasone dipropionate + Clotrimazole + Gentamycin sulfate + excipients (GK Ointment).
Betamethasone dipropionate + Gentamycin sulfate + excipients (Gent's Ointment).
Pharmacokinetics
With external use of the drug in therapeutic doses, transdermal absorption of active substances into the blood is very small. The use of occlusive dressings increases the absorption of Betamethasone and gentamicin, which can lead to an increased risk of systemic side effects.
Indications

- acute and chronic forms of non-allergic dermatitis;
- psoriasis;
- atopic dermatitis (neurodermatitis);
- red flat lichen;
- eczema;
- dyshydric dermatitis;
- ichthyosis and ichthyosoform changes;

Instructions for use and how to use them
Acriderm should be applied a thin layer on the affected areas 1-3 times a day, lightly rubbing. The duration of treatment should not exceed 3 weeks.
The use of Acryderm in children under the age of 12 years is carried out under the supervision of a doctor.
Ointment SK
The drug Acriderm SK is applied a thin layer on the inflamed surface 2 times a day, slightly rubbing. In lighter cases, a single use is sufficient.
Duration of treatment is usually limited to 3 weeks. If you need a long course of therapy, it is recommended to use the drug less often, for example, every other day. When treating chronic diseases under the constant supervision of a doctor, treatment should continue for some time after the disappearance of all symptoms in order to avoid relapse of the disease.
The use of the drug in children under 12 years of age is carried out under the supervision of the attending physician.
Cream GK
The cream is applied a thin layer on the affected skin areas 2 times a day (morning and evening).In mild cases, the use of the drug once a day is enough, in more severe cases - several times in the duration of treatment depends on the effectiveness and tolerability of therapy and is, as a rule, no more than 2-4 weeks.
Ointment GK
Ointment in a small amount is applied to the affected areas of the skin, lightly rubbing, 2 times a day. Duration of treatment is determined individually and depends on the nosological form and severity of the disease. With dermatomycosis stop, the average duration of treatment is 2-4 weeks.
If clinical improvement does not occur in the near future, it is necessary to clarify the diagnosis or change the treatment regimen.
Ghent
Adults
Ointment is applied a thin layer on the affected area of the skin and surrounding tissue 2 times a day (morning and evening), lightly rubbing in circular motions. On areas of skin with thicker epidermis and in places from which the drug is easily eliminated (palms and feet), ointment should be applied more often. The duration of treatment depends on the effectiveness and tolerability of therapy and is, as a rule, no more than 2-4 weeks.
Children
Children are allowed to prescribe the drug from 2 years only on strict indications and under the supervision of a doctor.
Due to the fact that in children the area of the skin with respect to the body weight is greater, as well as the epidermis is not sufficiently developed, with external application of the drug it is possible to absorb proportionally more active substances and, consequently, there is a greater risk of development of systemic side effects. Use the drug in children should be as short as possible and with all precautions.

Application in pregnancy and lactation
Due to the fact that the safety of the use of local glucocorticosteroids (GCS) in pregnant women has not been established, the use of drugs of this class during pregnancy is justified only if the benefit to the mother clearly exceeds the possible harm to the fetus. Drugs of this group can not be used in pregnant women in large doses for a long time.
Since it has not been established to date whether glucocorticosteroids can be absorbed into breast milk by topical application and systemic absorption, a decision should be made whether to stop breastfeeding or to abolish the drug, given the need for its use for the mother.
Use in children
Children may be more susceptible to the use of local SCS, which causes oppression of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system (GGN) than older patients, due to increased absorption of the drug, associated with a greater ratio of their surface area and body weight. Children who took local SCS experienced the following side effects: suppression of the function of the systemic GGN, Cushing syndrome, linear growth retardation, lag in weight gain, increased intracranial pressure.Symptoms of oppression of the adrenal cortex in children include a decrease in the level of cortezol in the plasma and a lack of response to stimulation of ACTH. Increase in intracranial pressure is manifested by bulging fontanel, headache, bilateral edema of the optic disc.
special instructions
In the absence of the effect of treatment for two weeks, it is recommended to consult a doctor in order to clarify the diagnosis. If there is irritation or an increased sensitivity reaction when using the drug, the treatment should be stopped and consulted by your doctor. With secondary fungal or bacterial infection, appropriate medicines should be used. In the absence of a quick positive effect, the use of Acriderm should be stopped until all signs of infection are eliminated.
It is not recommended to use the product on the face for a long time. Do not use Acriderm in the eye area, because in this case, the development of cataracts, glaucoma, fungal infection and exacerbation of herpetic infection.
Do not allow Acrydrom ointment to enter the eyes and periorbital area.
Ointment should not be used to treat varicose trophic ulcers of the lower leg and open wounds.
With the long-term use of Acriderm ointment on large surfaces of the skin with compromised integrity, there is a potential for absorption of Gentamicin and, accordingly, development of symptoms of ototoxicity.
Some areas of the body (inguinal folds, axillary cavities and perianal region) are more susceptible to the risk of striae. Therefore, the duration of application of the drug in these areas of the body should be limited.
