Adults and children older than 4 years - 1 tablet 3 times a day during or after meals.
After achieving clinical improvement, the dose is reduced to 1 tablet 2 times a day, and then 1 tablet a day until the symptoms disappear completely.
Malignant alopecia

Drug Interactions
Zinc salts reduce the absorption of tetracyclines, copper (the drug should be used no earlier than 2 hours after taking these drugs).
Thiazide diuretics increase the excretion of zinc in the urine.
Folic acid may impair the absorption of zinc to a small extent.
High doses of iron, penicillamine and other complexing agents significantly reduce zinc absorption (should not be used until 2 hours after taking these drugs).
