The head of Roszdravnadzor, Mikhail Murashko, proposed to supplement the Code of Administrative Offenses with a system of penalties for medical workers for improper performance of their duties.
I decided to publish an anonymous opinion of the doctor on this issue. I took it out because of the urgency of the problem posed and the veracity of the situation described. We can consider this as the standard of the doctor's work in Russia:
Before imposing penalties for a doctor, create the doctor proper working conditions: a cabinet - a 2-square-meter crockery, second-hand furniture, there is no air-conditioner, there is no equipment at the minimum. Most work without m / sisters, office, clothes we buy ourselves, computer only dream, and if there is - then used in which no modern program to download, there is no Internet, if there is a printer, then second-hand - we refill cartridges ourselves. And the salary ... the federal base is 30 or more thousand and the regional 7900. Great.
Now the office of the chief doctor: the size of the stadium, renovation, modern computer, internet, air conditioning,fireplace, bar, euro-toilet, additional room for rest and food. And full of unconsciousness. For the chief doctor - a specialist doctor turned into a cattle ... Earlier, even though the rights of a specialist doctor defended the labor code, and now: every month, new bonded additional labor agreements. Another would be a sauna with evrodevochkami ... A salary: you can not exceed more than 20 times compared with the average among doctors. Great ... For example: I get 16,000, and he (the head doctor) is 320,000, - and everything is legal. Earlier, the chief physician was fined, and the amount of the fine was 10,000. Kopecks with such a salary.
So who works in a medical institution. With this approach, we in Russia will not have any medical specialists at all, only the main ones. And after all so it also turns out: there are no neurologists, there are no anaesthesiologists, etc. And the ads do not exist, that the head physician is needed.
