Clindacin - antibiotic from the group of lincosamides, possesses a wide spectrum of antimicrobial action. The mechanism of action is due to binding to the 50 S subunit of the ribosomal membrane and suppression of protein synthesis in the microbial cell. It acts bacteriostatically. With respect to a number of gram-positive cocci, a bactericidal effect is possible.

It is active against Staphylococcus spp. (Staphylococcus aureus) (including Staphylococcus epidermidis, producing and non-producing penicillinase), Streptococcus spp. (excluding Enterococcus faecalis), Streptococcus pneumoniae (Streptococcus), Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Mycoplasma spp. (mycoplasma), anaerobic and microaerophilic Gram-positive cocci (including Peptococcus spp. and Peptostreptococcus spp.), Clostridium perfringens, Clostridium tetani, Bacteroides spp. (including Bacteroides fragilis and Prevotella melaninogenica), Fusobacterium spp., Propionibacterium spp., Eubacterium spp. and Actinomyces israelii.

Most strains of Clostridium perfringens are sensitive to clindamycin, but other species of Clostridium spp. (including Clostridium sporogenes, Clostridium tertium) are resistant to its action, therefore, in cases of infections caused by Clostridium spp., the definition of an antibioticogram is recommended.

There is a cross-resistance between Clindamycin and linkomycin.

I appointed a gynecologist Klindatsin after I passed all the tests, the diagnosis turned out to be for me an unpleasant but not fatal - vaginosis, vaginal discharge. She advised me to buy candles, but there was only a cream in the pharmacy. Began to apply at night. After the introduction there was an itching there for several minutes. Cream with time flows, so you need a gasket. But he helped me.

A good drug these candles are Clindacin. From the first application, the smell, itching and burning sensation disappeared. Another 4 candles left to put, I hope that this sore bacterial vaginosis will not bother me more.

I endure a warning distributors / manufacturers of the drug Klindacin. If you do not want to get on the blacklist - no more hooliganism in the Directory with customized reviews. I see everything perfectly and will take measures to protect and adequacy of information posted on the site. If the registered shares in the wrong places will be continued - the moderation of reviews for your drug will be toughened many times. All this will negatively affect the perception of your drug by consumers. Thank you.

Vitalina, Less on how much? If for a couple of hours, then the effectiveness of your treatment with cream Clindacine B Prolong it does not affect. If after the use of the second tube passed less than 12 hours, then you can use an additional tube 4 days later from using the last, third, for monitoring.

Is it compatible with alcohol?

AlexandraIn Clindacine, the main active ingredient is the clindamycin antibiotic and although the drug is used topically in the form of candles or cream, some part of this antibiotic enters the bloodstream and may have a hepatotoxic effect (negatively affect the liver) along with alcohol.

Dear producers, doctors and pharmacists, please respond. The introduction of the drug coincided with the onset of pregnancy (3-4 weeks) than it threatens?

zyuzya, Clindamycin (the active ingredient of the antibiotic Clindacin) can penetrate the placental barrier and accumulate in the organs and tissues of the fetus. This is all that is currently known from the effects of this antibiotic, so its use in the first trimester is prohibited, because the potential risk of organ damage is high when laying the organs of the fetus. If everything has already happened, then monitoring the health of the fetus and its organs and systems should be strengthened. The teratogenic effect of Clindacin on the fetus is not available, but it is possible. It is possible that in the early term, the action of the antibiotic has not yet had an impact on the development of the fetus. Report the incident to your doctor's advice and be monitored in a planned manner.
