special instructions

With caution appoint the drug to patients who have a history of impaired cerebral circulation (including cerebral hemorrhage, spasms of cerebral vessels), convulsions; with epilepsy; patients over the age of 70 (due to an increased risk of side effects in this category of patients).

During the period of taking the drug, patients should receive a copious drink (under the control of diuresis).

Due to possible photosensitization during the Palin intake, UV irradiation should be avoided.

In connection with the possibility of developing cross-sensitivity, caution should be exercised in appointing Palina to patients who have a history of allergic reactions to quinolones.

With prolonged use of the drug should monitor the overall blood count, determine the liver and kidney function and periodically determine the sensitivity of microflora to pipemidic acid.

When using the drug, a false positive urine reaction to glucose can be noted when using a Benedict reagent or a Felling solution. It is recommended to use enzymatic reactions with glucose oxidase.

Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and manage mechanisms

When using the drug should refrain from engaging in potentially dangerous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Drug Interactions

Pipemidic acid inhibits cytochrome P450 isoenzymes, which leads to a slowing of the metabolism of theophylline and Caffeine when combined with Palin.

Simultaneous administration of antacids and sucralfate may cause a decrease in the absorption of pipemidic acid, so the interval between administration of these drugs should be at least 2-3 hours.

Palin can enhance the effects of warfarin, rifampicin, cimetidine and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) with simultaneous application.

With the simultaneous use of pipemidic acid with aminoglycosides, a synergism of bactericidal action is noted.

Happy
Every disease is unpleasant. I once suffered very much from cystitis. I was suffering for a long time, because I was first treated with folk methods. They, unfortunately, did not give me results. When I finally turned to the doctor and passed a number of necessary tests, I was discharged Palin. This is the name I heard for the first time. The price for this medicine is somewhat high, but I bought it.
Drink it every 12 hours before eating. Unpleasant symptoms of cystitis passed after the first two capsules. I drank medicine for seven days. It remained to them pretty. Now I accept at the first signs of a cystitis.
Recently I became pregnant. If suddenly I will pick up a cystitis, it is necessary to search for other medical preparation. Palin pregnant does not fit!
