Indications
In diseases of the oral cavity:
- inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa (glossitis, aphthous stomatitis, ulcerative-necrotic gingivitis);
- pathological changes in the oral mucosa, accompanying systemic diseases (lichen planus, erythema multiforme exudative, Sjogren's disease);
- other diseases of the oral cavity associated with dysbacteriosis (galvanism, multiple dental caries lesions, periodontitis), preparation for planned maxillofacial operations in order to prevent purulent-inflammatory complications.
In diseases of the gastrointestinal tract:
- acute intestinal infections, food-borne diseases due to opportunistic microorganisms or unidentified etiology, rotavirus gastroenteritis;
- long-term intestinal disorders, especially in young children;
- prolonged and chronic colitis and enterocolitis of infectious and non-infectious etiology, accompanied by a disturbance of microflora;
- medium-severe and mild form of ulcerative colitis in adults;
- weakened often ill children and adults with dysbacteriosis, including those accompanied by immunodeficiency;
- complex therapy of atopic dermatitis in children with the phenomenon of intestinal dysbacteriosis.
In diseases of the female sexual sphere:

Instructions for use and how to use them
Candles and tablets
The drug contains 1 dose of at least 10 million live acidophilic lactobacilli. A tablet or a candle contains 1 dose of the drug.
Oral dosage forms - inside, 30-40 minutes before meals 2-3 times a day. In acute inflammatory processes for infants - 2-3 doses, children of older ages and adults - 5 doses for 7-8 days; with prolonged and relapsing forms of the disease for infants - 2-3 doses, for older children and adults - 5 doses for 14-25 days.
When diseases of the oral mucosa - 4-6 doses by resorption (in tablets) or 5 doses in the form of irrigation (solution) 2-3 times a day for 14-15 days.
Intravaginally - in the form of irrigation, applications and suppositories.
In inflammatory processes of the urogenital tract - 5 doses (in the form of a solution) or 1 dose (1 suppository) 2 times a day for 5-10 days.
When the purity of vaginal secretion in pregnant women is up to 3-4 st. - 1 suppository 1-2 times a day for 5-10 days or more, until the disappearance of clinical symptoms and restore the purity of the vaginal secretion to 1-2 st.
In order to prevent purulent-septic complications apply 1 candle 1-2 times a day for 5-10 days (before the proposed operation or delivery).
Restorative therapy after the application of antibiotics - rectally, 1 suppository 1-2 times a day for 10 days. The course is repeated for 3-4 months with an interval of 10-20 days.
Powder dry
Depending on the disease, the acylactate is administered orally, topically and intravaginally.
The contents of the vial to dissolve boiled water at room temperature at the rate of 5 ml (teaspoon) of water per 1 dose of the drug.
Dissolve as follows: pour the required amount of water in a glass (according to the number of doses indicated on the vial); open the bottle by removing the cap and stopper; from the glass to transfer a small amount of water into the bottle; after dissolution (the drug dissolves no more than 5 minutes with the formation of a homogeneous suspension of beige or whitish-gray color), transfer the contents of the vial into the same beaker and mix. One teaspoon of the drug dissolved in this way is 1 dose. Dissolved drug is not subject to storage.
The daily dose and duration of treatment is determined by the doctor depending on the clinical form of the disease and the severity of dysbiosis.
In diseases of the oral mucosa, acylactate is used after a meal in the form of an aqueous rinse suspension.
When glossitis is prescribed for 5 doses 2-3 times a day, the course of treatment is 14-15 days. With recurrent aphthous stomatitis and ulcerative-necrotic gingivitis, the treatment is carried out by the same scheme with two courses with a break of 7 days.
In pathological processes in the oral cavity, caused by systemic diseases (red flat lichen, multiforme exudative erythema, Sjogren's disease), 10 doses are prescribed per day in 4 divided doses with two courses of 14-15 days each with a break of 7 days.
Patients with intestinal disorders before the age of 6 months are prescribed 5 doses per day, preferably in 2 doses, children older than 6 months and adults - 5 doses 2-3 times a day for 30-40 minutes before meals.
In acute inflammatory processes of the intestine, the course of treatment is 7-8 days, with prolonged and recurrent forms of the disease - 14-21 days.
When violations of normal intestinal microflora in children with atopic dermatitis 5 doses per day courses 20-25 days, with interruptions of 1.5 - 2 months. The number of courses is determined by the state of the skin and the normalization of the intestinal microflora.
If necessary, the doctor appoints repeated courses.
In inflammatory processes of female genitalia, intravaginally administered 5 doses 2 times a day, by irrigation with aqueous suspension of the drug or by the introduction of a tampon impregnated with it. To prevent septic complications, 5 doses are administered once a day for 5-7 days before the proposed operation or delivery.

Clinically significant interaction of the drug with other drugs has not been established. Acylact can be used simultaneously with antibacterial, antiviral and immunomodulatory therapy.
