Sinuphorte - acts locally in the area of the middle nasal passage, causing reflex secretion in the mucosa of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.
Stimulated reflex secretion in the form of mucopurulent discharge from the nasal cavity begins after taking the drug and can last from 15-30 minutes to 1.5 hours. This process leads to intensive physiological drainage and the restoration of gas exchange in the paranasal sinuses. The drug does not cause significant residual effects of irritation of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, does not linger in the nasal cavity and does not have a general systemic effect.

Pharmacokinetics
The effect of the Sinuphorte preparation is the cumulative effect of cyclamen components; carrying out kinetic studies is not possible, since the complex of components can not be traced with the help of markers or bioassays. For the same reason, it is impossible to detect metabolites of the drug.
