The drug in the form of a solution for ingestion is prescribed to adults and adolescents over 12 years of age to 2.5 ml 3 times a day; children aged 6 to 12 years - 1.5 ml 3 times a day; children aged 1 year to 6 years - 1 ml 3 times a day.
The drug in the form of tablets is prescribed for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age for 1 tablet 3-4 times a day; children aged 6 to 12 years - 1 tablet 1-3 times a day; children aged 4 to 6 years - 1 tablet 1-2 times a day.
To achieve a clinical effect, Immunal should be taken for at least 1 week.
The duration of continuous reception is no more than 8 weeks.
Tablets should be washed down with water. For small children, it is recommended to crush the tablet and mix with a little water, tea or juice.

Drug Interactions
Solution for ingestion contains ethanol (alcohol), in connection with which the drug can enhance or alter the effect of other drugs.
Clinically significant drug interaction was observed with the use of antibiotics of the cephalosporin group (cefamandol, cefotetan, cefmenoxime, cefoperazone, moxalactam) and simultaneous intake of ethanol (even in small amounts). The patient's reaction was characterized by facial flushing, nausea, increased sweating, headache, palpitations.
