Surgeon's doctor's opinion

I use the Alpipor sponge in the treatment of patients with trophic ulcers and burns. The remedy is really effective. Granulation in the wound appears much faster than when applying ointment dressings. One minus is a problem that occurs during dressings when removing a sponge. Due to the uneven distribution of wound exudate over the wound surface, the sponge hardens in some places and dries to the wound. Soaking it with a special solution and then removing it causes the patient pain. But, since we do not have similar drugs, we continue to use the Alpipor sponge.
