Complymine - a means that improves microcirculation. Combines the properties of theophylline and nicotinic acid. Causes the widening of peripheral vessels, improves collateral circulation, improves microcirculation, improves oxygenation and nutrition of tissues. Has antiaggregant effect, activates the processes of fibrinolysis, improves cerebral circulation, reduces the viscosity of the blood.

Enhances oxidative phosphorylation and the synthesis of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Blocking adenosine receptors and phosphodiesterase (PDE), increases the content of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in the cell, substrate stimulates the synthesis of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP).

Reducing the overall peripheral vascular resistance (OPSS) and increasing myocardial contractions, contributes to an increase in the minute volume of blood and enhance cerebral circulation, reduces the severity of cerebral hypoxia.

Causes a nicotine-like syndrome, accompanied by hyperesthesia of the mucosa of the nasal cavity and mouth: exacerbates the olfactory and taste sensitivity. In this regard, the smell and taste of alcoholic beverages and dishes offered during the nicotine-like reaction is perceived more harsh and unpleasant.

With prolonged use has antiatherosclerotic effect, activates the processes of fibrinolysis, reduces the concentration of cholesterol and atherogenic lipids, increases the activity of lipoprotein lipase, reduces the viscosity of blood, reduces platelet aggregation.

Surgeon's doctor's opinion

I use the drug Complamine as part of complex therapy for the treatment of patients with bedsores, poorly healing wounds and trophic ulcers of the lower limbs. I want to note that after the appointment of Complenin, the positive dynamics during these diseases are observed much earlier than without using it. Patients with severe lesions of the skin and underlying tissues are given parenteral administration of the drug, and for mild ulcers and bedsores they receive the drug in a pellet. Of the side effects most often noted weakness, dizziness and pain in the stomach.
