Matarin non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Has anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic effect. Refers to the class of oxycomams; a derivative of enolic acid. Meloxicam (active substance of the preparation Mataren) inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandins in the inflammation region to a greater extent than in the mucous membrane of the stomach or kidneys, which is associated with a relatively selective inhibition of COX-2. When administered in high doses, prolonged use and individual characteristics of the organism, the selectivity of action against cyclooxygenase type 2 is reduced.

Matarin Plus has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-edematous effect, can cause mild local flushing of the skin, without exerting a pronounced irritant effect on the skin.

Matalen Plus reduces pain in the joints (including in the joints of the spine) and in the muscles at rest and during movement, contributes to an increase in the volume of motion of the joints (in the area of application of the cream). Reduces morning stiffness and swelling of the joints.

Tincture of peppers contains capsaicin, which has an irritant effect on sensitive skin receptors, which leads to a local analgesic effect, to an improvement in blood circulation in the skin and subcutaneous tissue, as well as the warming effect. Improvement of local blood flow is accompanied by increased blood circulation in the underlying tissues, which helps to remove the inflammation substrate from the pathological focus.

Due to the optimal combination of the components of the cream, the mutual enhancement of their analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects is noted. When combined, the active components of Matarin Plus cream have a greater effect due to synergy, compared to the individual effect of each of these components.
