Instructions for use and dosing regimen

 

Pills

Contraindications

  • hypersensitivity to dexketoprofen or other NSAIDs, or any of the excipients that make up the drug;
  • complete or incomplete combination of bronchial asthma, recurrent nasal polyposis and paranasal sinuses and intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs (in the anamnesis);
  • erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract and duodenal ulcer in the stage of exacerbation;
  • gastrointestinal hemorrhages in anamnesis, other active bleeding (including suspicion of intracranial bleeding), anticoagulant therapy;
  • inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease) in the stage of exacerbation;

  • moderate or severe renal dysfunction (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml / min);
  • confirmed hyperkalemia;
