Anvifen - Nootropic drug, facilitates GABA-mediated transmission of nerve impulses to the central nervous system (direct effect on GABA-ergic receptors). The tranquilizing effect is combined with the activating effect. It also has antiplatelet, antioxidant and some anticonvulsant action.

Improves the functional state of the brain due to the normalization of its metabolism and influence on the cerebral blood flow (increases volumetric and linear speed, reduces vascular resistance, improves microcirculation, and has antiaggregant effect). It prolongs the latent period and shortens the duration and severity of nystagmus.

Does not affect cholino- and adrenergic receptors. Reduces vasovegetative symptoms (including headache, sensation of heaviness in the head, sleep disorders, irritability, emotional lability). At the course reception increases physical and mental efficiency (attention, memory, speed and accuracy of sensory-motor reactions).

Reduces the manifestation of asthenia (improves well-being, increases interest and initiative (motivation of activity)) without sedation or arousal. Helps reduce feelings of anxiety, tension and anxiety, normalizes sleep.

People of advanced age do not cause CNS depression, muscular-relaxing aftereffect is most often absent.

Composition

Aminophenylbutyric acid hydrochloride + excipients.

Pharmacokinetics

Absorption is high, it penetrates well into all tissues of the body and through the blood-brain barrier or GEB (in the brain tissue penetrates about 0.1% of the administered dose of the drug, and in young and old people to a much greater extent). Evenly distributed in the liver and kidneys. Metabolized in the liver - 80-95%, metabolites are not pharmacologically active. Do not cumulate. After 3 hours begins to be excreted by the kidneys, while the concentration in the brain tissue does not decrease and is detected for another 6 hours. About 5% is excreted by the kidneys unchanged, partly with bile.

Hello. Anvifen is completely analogous with the preparation of Noophen? The neurologist has written out to the son (10 years) Noofen. And in the pharmacy offer Anvifen: "the same, but the Russian drug" ... Or is the difference in price (3 times) somehow justified not only by different manufacturers?

Natal, The active substance of the drug Noofen is 100% similar to that of the drug Anvifen and the latter is really cheaper, because of Russian production. Here everyone decides for himself, if the price of the drug is critical and badly hits the wallet, then it is better to use a cheap analogue than not to be treated at all or to give the last money for the medicine. If the funds allow you to buy imports - and it is worth doing, because cheapness is still at the expense of something achieved, especially if the analog is cheaper by 3 times.
