Use to treat wounds burns, stimulation of reparative processes in the body in adults, children, as well as during pregnancy and lactation.
Solcoseryl - stimulant of tissue regeneration. It is a deproteinized dialysate from the blood of dairy calves containing a wide range of low molecular weight components of the cell mass and serum with a molecular weight of 5000 D (including glycoproteins, nucleosides and nucleotides, amino acids, oligopeptides).
Solcoseryl improves the transport of oxygen and glucose to cells under hypoxic conditions, increases the synthesis of intracellular ATP, and increases the dose of aerobic glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation, activates reparative and regenerative processes in tissues, stimulates proliferation of fibroblasts and synthesis of collagen wall vessels.
The healing effect of Solcoseryl gel eye is manifested in increased corneal re-epithelialization after the chemical burns (alkali), inflammatory processes, injuries.
Carmellose sodium, which is part of the eye gel Solcoseryl as an auxiliary, provides a uniform and long-term coverage of the cornea, so that the active substance continuously enters the affected tissue.
Solkoseril dental adhesive paste forms a protective therapeutic layer on the affected area of the oral mucosa and protects it from mechanical and chemical damage within 3-5 hours, performing the function of a medicinal bandage.
Pharmacokinetics
Carry out studies of pharmacokinetic processes of absorption, distribution and excretion of the drug using standard chemical-analytical methods is not possible, because in its composition, the preparation contains components of blood and substances that are usually found in the body.
