To increase the immunity and prevent colds for adults and children over 12 years - 0.2 g per day for 7-14 days.

During the treatment of colds, flu, ARVI adults and children over 12 years old - on the first day 0.6 g per day, then daily for 0.2 g per day for 7 days.
