Pharmacokinetics

Instructions for use and dosing regimen
Vaginal or candle tablets
Introduced intravaginally, deeply, in the "lying on the back" position with slightly bent legs. 500 mg once (in the evening). A second course of treatment is possible after consulting a doctor.

Powder

Candide reduces the activity of amphotericin B and other polyene antibiotics.
When used simultaneously with natamycin and nystatin, the activity of clotrimazole may decrease.
