Inside (before meals), previously dissolved in a small amount (30-50 ml) of water, 15-30 drops 2-3 times a day. With tachycardia and spasms of blood vessels, a single dose can be increased to 40-45 drops.

Ethanol (alcohol) enhances the effects of the drug and can increase its toxicity.
Phenobarbital reduces the antibacterial activity of antibiotics and sulfonamides, the antifungal effect of Griseofulvin (reduces absorption), the effectiveness of indirect anticoagulants, glucocorticosteroids (GCS), doxycycline, estrogens and other drugs metabolized in the liver along the oxidation pathway (accelerates their destruction).
